EMBEDDED FIRMWARE ENGINEER (f/m/d)

We are in search of an ambitious Embedded Firmware Engineer for our headquarters in Cortaccia (BZ), to become a part of one of our software development teams focused on developing advanced services within the Smart Cities and Internet of Things application domains.

 

Your contributions

  • Design, develop, integrate and test firmware in our laboratory with Environmental Test Chamber and cutting-edge equipment  
  • Development of software for IoT devices, communication between different devices and cloud-based systems
  • Contribute to the growth of an Agile team by continuously improving the processes and yourself through pair programming, retrospectives, and … whatever you will bring in
  • Short time-to-market with continuous feedback leading to tangible impact on our customers and on company success. 

 

Your profile

  • Passionate about embedded development and eager to build a strong foundation in a stimulating work environment
  • Basic familiarity with the C language in embedded environments similar to Linux systems (such as FreeRTOS)  
  • Knowledge of hardware and interfaces of different systems (communication protocols, physical connections, etc.) is a plus
  • The working language is English, but we also require proficiency in either Italian or German.

CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (f/m/d)

Connexx is seeking a Multilingual Customer Care Specialist with fluency in German and English, complemented by proficiency in Italian or another language. This role is perfect for an energetic, proactive individual eager to engage with our diverse customer base. You will be the frontline of providing proactive customer support,for our smart lighting projects, and adeptly handling inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels and across various Teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries about their smart system
  • Be in charge for first level support, and be able to address all the request
  • Proactively follow up with customers and keep them up to date
  • Ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly, efficiently, and courteously
  • Work collaboratively with team members to optimize tasks and workflows, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support operations 

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities

TECHNICAL SUPPORT (f/m/d)

We're currently in search of a Technical Customer Support Specialist fluent in both German and English. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to engage with our diverse customer base and provide top-tier technical assistance for our lighting systems. You will serve as the frontline support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues across various communication channels and Teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist our customers, by telephone and/or in person, to analyse and resolve electrical issues
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service
  • Collaborate closely with team members to streamline tasks and workflows, optimizing our technical support operations

 

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with electrical systems and driver programming is preferred for this position, knowledge of raspberry use is a big plus
  • The possibility of traveling within the region, and to Europe
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues
