SALES SUPPORT (w/m/d)

Following the credo of „Light as an aesthetic element“, we have developed into a renowned brand in the field of lighting systems with large areas and airports, public spaces, and in the architecture and arts sectors. This means that dealing with the subject of light is not only a daily routine for us in the field of technically functional lighting systems. We also work closely with lighting design offices and international artists in creative fields.  

We are looking for solution-oriented internal sales staff to support our sales managers and sales partners in building sustainable customer relationships.

 

Main tasks

  • Communicate with our customer and your team: You ensure that all project stakeholders feel well informed and supported in their project.
  • Responding to customer requests: within the agreed time and taking into account budget constraints, our technical capabilities and, if necessary, by involving and coordinating experts from the different technical disciplines in your team, you will accompany requests until the optimal project solution is found.
  • Preparation of offers and orders: Taking into account customer requirements and our internal guidelines and policy, you will draft those documents that commercially accompany the project.
  • Ensuring efficient and correct order processing: From order to delivery, you are there for the customer as a trusted contact until our products have reached their agreed destination.
  • Customer service even after the sale: You will take care of questions regarding regular maintenance, repairs and spare parts as well as the acceptance and forwarding of complaints with the aim of finding a solution with which the customer is satisfied.
     

Required profile

  • You have experience in customer service and are used to handling customer inquiries professionally and solution-oriented.
  • You have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • You have an open and dynamic demeanor and speak fluent Italian and English, ideally also German.
  • Ideally, you have a technical education or relevant experience in a technical environment.
  • You enjoy working on solutions for new challenges and questions.
  • You contribute your skills to a team and involve experts from the team in your projects to secure their support with their specialized knowledge.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs as well as ERP and CRM environments.

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (f/m/d)

Join our innovative team as a Senior Software Engineer at our headquarters in Cortaccia (BZ). You'll play a crucial role in developing one of our core solution, allowing end-users to effortlessly configure ewo products.

 

Your role

  • Own and Lead: Take full ownership of a key product supported by the manager, managing it independently while beeing part of a larger team of 8-10 developers.
  • Enhance and Maintain: Ensure product excellence by maintaining, improving, and deploying high-quality code and architecture.
  • Collaborate: Lead technical coordination with external consultants to develop impactful solutions.
  • Drive Innovation: Accelerate time-to-market, gather user feedback, and continuously refine products.
     

Your profile

  • A passion for software development and a drive to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in C# (.NET).
  • Familiarity with Java or Python (a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
  • Experience in designing, developing, refactoring and deploying applications into microservices.
  • Proficient in English.
